Naemo uses standard 80mm receipt paper rolls (thermal). You can purchase from us or from local suppliers.

Thermal paper may fade over time. For best results, keep prints away from heat and direct sunlight.

To move or transport your Naemo Box: Power off and disconnect all cables Let the printer cool down completely if recently used Use original packaging (or equivalent padding) to protect internal components Keep it upright to avoid damaging the tablet or printer Avoid placing heavy items on top during storage or transport For frequent transport (e.g., event rentals or pop-ups), we recommend investing in a custom carry case or padded crate.
